He was retained by the acquiring entity to represent them during a major growth period. Charles worked on the development of technologies, acquired smaller entities, and successfully brought products and innovations to market. Charles opened up offices in selected South American markets and maintained an excellent track record in establishing cooperative processes among various corporate departments.
